Daydremer-Dannielle's recent absence x

I am writing to apologise for my recent absence. I’ve been very ill recently my insomnia has got a lot worse. I’ve had chronic migraines. My eating and drinking problems have caused me to have extremely painful stomach cramps and I’ve been dehydrated. I am going on a new corse of sleeping pills which should help me as well as I am trying to drink more although I cant eat much at the moment as it makes me feel ill, I have also been prescribed some very strong painkillers for my migraines and I am going to try and balance this out with my coursework and I will try to be on more often.
